A complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline with a safety bar.  Boogie Bounce is fun, funky and fat burning.

Circuits

Circuit Training is when you alternate between several exercises that target different muscle groups.

This 30min class is a form of body conditioning and endurance training.

FITBALL

A core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability and balance.

Fitball is an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core and better body alignment.

DISCO ZUMBA

Zumba is an effective, exhilarating, Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie burning dance fitness class!
Zumba achieves the perfect balance of a progressive core workout and full body cardio experience!

Dance like nobody’s watching – with the lights off and Disco lights flashing!

PILATES

Pilates involves low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize the abdominals, the lower back, the hips, and thighs. A typical Pilates routine involves 25 to 50 repetitive strength training exercises.

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.

This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
